Smartiflix Terms of Service

These starter terms explain the key topics customers should review before subscribing. The business owner must complete the legal identity and jurisdiction details before publication.

About these terms

These terms describe the general conditions for using the Smartiflix website and enquiring about or purchasing a subscription. By placing an order, you should review the order confirmation and any additional conditions supplied for the selected package. If any term is unclear, contact support before making payment.

Plans and pricing

The current displayed package totals are $13 for one month, $29 for three months, $44 for six months and $59 for the Premium 12-month subscription. The Premium offer includes 365 days plus 30 bonus days and is displayed at $59 instead of $168. These prices were supplied as already including a 10% discount. The final payable amount, currency, tax, payment method and any separate charges must be confirmed before payment. A package duration does not by itself explain automatic renewal; ask support to confirm the renewal arrangement for your order.

Order and activation

An order is subject to confirmation of the selected package, payment and any compatibility information needed for the device. Activation timing and the information required for setup should be confirmed with support. Keep your order reference and confirmation message.

Device and application requirements

You are responsible for using a compatible device and a supported player application. Compatibility may depend on the model, operating system, app-store region and software version. Some player apps may require a separate licence or activation fee unless the order confirmation says otherwise. Confirm these details before paying.

Content rights and lawful use

Television programmes, channels and other media may be protected by copyright, broadcasting rights and territorial licences. The service must be used only where content access is authorised and lawful. The business owner must ensure that any content offered through the service is properly licensed for the relevant territories. Customers must comply with local law and must not redistribute, record or publicly communicate content unless they have the necessary rights.

Acceptable use and account safety

Do not share access credentials publicly, attempt to bypass technical restrictions, interfere with the service or use the website for unlawful purposes. Keep login details private and notify support if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. Never share banking passwords or one-time verification codes with anyone claiming to provide support.

Support and service problems

If you experience a service problem, contact support with your order reference, device model, player name and a description of the issue. Support will investigate and attempt to resolve the problem. Under the stated refund approach, you may request a refund if a service problem is found and the team cannot fix it. Read the refund policy for the request process.

Availability and limitations

Content availability, image quality and playback can vary by territory, source, device, application and network conditions. No particular programme, resolution or uninterrupted playback should be assumed unless it is explicitly confirmed in the order terms. The business should provide accurate and current information about the service it is authorised to supply.

Changes to these terms

The business may need to update these terms when its service, policies or legal obligations change. The current version should display an effective date and should be made available before customers place an order. Material changes should be communicated where required by law.

Legal identity and governing law

Before this page is published, the business owner must insert the legal entity name, registered or business address, governing law, dispute process and any mandatory consumer rights information for the markets served. This template is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
